0165(2)(b) There were two sets of window blinds in the school age classroom with inner cords capable of forming a loop. 0165(2)(c) There were loose cords hanging from a television in the school age classroom. There was a bag hanging from a string in the school age classroom that forms a loop. 0165(2)(d) There was a box of gloves acessible to children in the school age classroom. There was also a plastic bag of toilet paper under the sink in the school age classroom. 0165(3)(c) Pinching: There was a box of plastic gloves propping a window open in the school age classroom. It poses a pinching hazard because the box is not suitable to support the window and the window can come down and pinch a child's hand. Broken or craked equipment: The siding of the builidng has a piece broken off. It has created an opening that leads to a storage. 0165(3)(d) Entrapment: There is a cart in the outdoor area with a cover on it that poses an entrapment hazard for the children. 0165(3)(f) There are shelves in the toddler room that are not secured to the wall. 0165(3)(g) There is flaky paint on a bathroom vanity in the school age classroom.
